Chocolaterie GUYAUX was founded in 1931 by Florent Guyaux who learnt his trade from his sweet maker uncle in Wallonia, Belgium.
In the beginning, the company made chocolates and also a range of hard boiled sweets. The products where only sold in the greater Paris area.
Nowadays, the company is run by the second and third generation. Chocolaterie Guyaux is one of the rare remaining independent chocolate producers in the Paris region.
The company is located in the little village of Andilly, at the foot of the Montmorency forest that borders the famous thermal spa town of Enghien-les-Bains, well known for its lake and casino. We are only 15km from Paris and very close to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport.
Our historical roots in the greater Paris area enabled us to sign up to the quality requirements specific of «Talents d'Ile de France» companies and allow us the use of the collective brand «Saveurs Paris-Ile de France».
Guyaux offers a wide range of high quality products, including truffles, specialities and various assortments of bite sized chocolates in gift boxes, chocolates in bulk and also organic products. A range that illustrates our «savoir faire» and long chocolate making heritage.
