Confiserie-Chocolaterie Guyaux is founded by Florent Guyaux to make chocolate specialities and a range of boiled sweets, sold in the immediate locality and delivered by Florent Guyaux himself.
1959
The production of truffles, previously hand-made, is industrialised.
1979
Florent’s son Jacques joins the firm and soon takes the helm, expanding the product range and customer base across the Île-de-France region and later, the whole of France.
1985
Jacques's granddaughter Catherine joins the firm with the aim of introducing the family-owned chocolate-maker’s specialities to the world at large.
2001
The chocolate factory receives Ecocert accreditation and launches its first products made using organically farmed ingredients.
2006
The chocolate factory receives IFS accreditation.
