With over 90  years in business, Guyaux Chocolates offers consumers seeking authenticity all the benefit of its knowhow, with a range of ‘traditional’ chocolates (old-style praline: 50% sugar, 50% hazelnut) made using ‘artisanal’ processes that ensure each product has a touch of uniqueness, (the chocolates are delicately hand-decorated, giving them a very distinctive appearance).

Careful selection of raw materials also contributes to that sense of authenticity: 100% pure cocoa butter coating, Isigny caramel (PDO) with Guérande Fleur de sel (PGI) sea salt, Sao Tomé chocolate, Swiss milk chocolate coating, and no preservatives, artificial flavourings, or colourings.
