Our creations focus on four different lines: individual chocolates, specialities, organic products and most importantly, Fancy Truffles, which make up the majority of our offering and production. Fancy Truffles have been a quintessential part of French gastronomy since the late nineteenth century; today, Guyaux Chocolates’ creations are perpetuating and renewing this tradition, much to the delight of our customers in France and around the world.

Truffles:

Connoisseurs young and old alike will succumb to our fancy truffles, embodying Guyaux’s core expertise stretching back for the best part of 100 years. From traditional plain truffles to highly innovative truffles featuring slivers of crepe dentelle and truffles with Cognac, there’s something for everyone’s taste. We regularly introduce new recipes; soft as ever, each of them will make you melt with pleasure. It’s time to give them a try!

Chocolate assortments: 

Guyaux’s Chef Chocolatiers craft a wide range of delicately hand-decorated individual chocolates. Ganaches, pralines, with slivers of hazelnut or almonds, and more – there’s something for all tastes. Our attractively decorated boxes and tins (including some with Parisian themes) are perfect gift ideas for all occasions.

Specialities:  

Try Guyaux specialities: our delicious ‘orangettes’ (candied orange slices delicately coated with chocolate); our tasty ‘mendiants’ decorated with pistachios, raisins, hazelnuts and almonds; and other unique creations such as ‘Instants Parisiens’, an iconic Eiffel-Tower-shaped chocolate.
